The Strategic Growth Team (SGT) Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting TriMark’s enterprise growth strategy through sales enablement, market intelligence, pipeline coordination, and operational support. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Growth, this role supports initiatives designed to drive profitable growth, improve pipeline visibility, accelerate sales execution, and strengthen market expansion efforts across divisions.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. The role requires strong analytical capability, presentation and marketing support skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and teams across the organization.
The SGT Coordinator will partner closely with sales leaders, finance, operations, and strategic growth leadership to support enterprise-wide growth initiatives, market analysis, lead prioritization, reporting, and sales pipeline management.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Growth.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Pipeline Support
• Support the ongoing development and management of the enterprise sales pipeline structure, including coordination and administration of the 8-Week Tracker process.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, updates, and tracking across divisions and growth initiatives.
• Assist in prioritizing sales opportunities and leads based on strategic fit, geographic footprint, revenue potential, and growth opportunity.
• Partner with divisional and enterprise leadership to improve visibility into pipeline health, opportunity progression, and sales execution.
• Coordinate follow-up actions, reporting cadence, and communication tied to strategic growth initiatives.
Market Research & Lead Generation
• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities, target markets, customer trends, and whitespace opportunities.
• Assist with lead generation efforts through research, data analysis, and strategic prospect identification.
• Analyze customer, competitor, and geographic market data to support growth strategies and business development efforts.
• Support development of market intelligence summaries, business insights, and opportunity assessments.
Geographic & Footprint Analysis
• Develop mapping, geographic overlays, and service/distribution footprint analysis to support strategic sales and operational decisions.
• Assist in evaluating market coverage, customer proximity, distribution capabilities, and growth alignment opportunities.
• Partner with operations and sales teams to identify opportunities for improved regional alignment and customer coverage.
Proposal, Presentation & Marketing Support
• Support the creation and formatting of customer proposals, presentations, sales materials, and strategic growth content.
• Assist with development of marketing collateral and sales support materials aligned with enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate presentation materials for leadership meetings, customer discussions, and strategic reviews.
• Ensure consistency, professionalism, and accuracy across materials and communications.
Reporting & Data Management
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, growth trends, and operational performance.
• Create and maintain pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, trackers, and reporting summaries.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and executive-level data preparation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Strategic Growth, Corporate Accounts, and divisional leadership teams to support enterprise initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Support coordination of strategic growth projects, meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, respond quickly to business needs and maintain strong execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, strategic support, marketing coordination, business analytics, operations support, or related roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting presentations, proposals, and executive-ready materials preferred.
• Experience with market research, lead generation, or sales pipeline reporting strongly preferred.
• HubSpot preferred
• AQ knowledge and/or experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
