We are looking for a Strategic Growth Manager (Korea Market) to join Almedia as a versatile, high-impact operator within our Growth team. In this role, you aren’t confined to a single silo; you are capable of operating across the entire commercial spectrum.
Because we are a fast-scaling startup, your focus can shift where the impact is highest. One quarter you might be leading a market expansion into a new territory; the next, you could be auditing our technical integration process or architecting a global partnership strategy with our largest existing partners.
We need a "builder" who will understand the mechanics of AdTech and is obsessed with process improvement. You won't just follow the current path—you will help pave the road as we scale.
Drive Revenue Anywhere: Whether it’s hunting new logos, expanding into a new region, or growing existing accounts, you own the result.
Master the Product: You’ll need to understand the technical "why" behind our AdTech. You’ll be talking to sophisticated publishers about SDKs, APIs, and monetization data.
Fix & Build Processes: If you see a bottleneck in how we onboard clients or track data, you don't wait for permission. You build a better way to do it.
Be the Market’s Voice: You’ll be on the front lines, bringing raw feedback back to our Product and Engineering teams to help shape what we build next.
A High Motor: You’re comfortable with the intensity of a startup. You prefer moving fast and taking "extreme ownership" over having a predictable 9-to-5.
Technical Curiosity: You don’t need to be a developer, but you should enjoy digging into how things work. You can talk about $LTV$, $ROAS$, and attribution without getting lost.
Versatility: You can pivot. You’re just as comfortable pitching a CEO as you are looking at integration logs or data in a CRM.
The "Founder" Itch: You’ve likely built something before—a project, a team, or a process—and you enjoy the "0 to 1" phase where things are messy.
Sales Instincts: You know how to open doors. You aren't afraid of cold outreach or hard negotiations with big publishers.
You are tired of rigid corporate roles and want to be a foundational part of a high-speed team.
You are a clear communicator who can take complex tech and make it sound simple.
You are relentlessly proactive. You don't just identify problems; you show up with the solution already half-built.
