Boogie Team is looking for a high-caliber Strategic Growth Lead / Fractional CMO to support international clients with high-level marketing strategy, growth direction, and execution oversight. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly understand different business models, industries, competitors, goals, budgets, and growth opportunities, then translate those insights into clear strategy and practical execution plans.
This is a strategic, business-minded marketing leadership role focused on growth, positioning, funnels, customer acquisition, team leadership, and execution management across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead marketing strategies across multiple clients, brands, or industries
• Analyze business models, competition, customer acquisition cost, ROI, funnels, and growth opportunities
• Recommend marketing channels, campaigns, creatives, messaging, and positioning based on client goals and budget
• Oversee execution teams, including creatives, media buyers, SDRs, virtual assistants, freelancers, and other marketing specialists
• Communicate directly and confidently with clients to provide strategic recommendations, updates, and direction
• Identify which marketing efforts are likely to work, which may not, and how to prioritize resources effectively
• Stay updated on modern marketing trends, AI tools, automation, CRM systems, and growth frameworks
• Connect high-level business goals with practical marketing execution plans
Requirements
• At least 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related leadership role
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, branding, funnels, outbound marketing, CRM, automation, and lead generation
• Proven ability to create marketing strategies that connect business goals with practical execution
• Experience analyzing key growth metrics such as ROI, CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or coordinating cross-functional marketing teams
• Experience working with multiple businesses, brands, clients, or industries
• Background in an agency, startup, consulting, or fast-growth business environment preferred
• Experience leading marketing teams that include media buyers, creatives, SDRs, virtual assistants, and freelancers preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and modern growth systems
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different industries, customer segments, and revenue models quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present strategy to clients, executives, or business owners
• Proactive, resourceful, data-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
