About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Foresight & Insight Analyst to help inform and strengthen our long-term thinking and strategic direction. This role sits at the intersection of trends, data, and strategy - identifying emerging signals, connecting patterns, and translating them into actionable insights that inform where we go next.

You’ll play a key role in building our understanding of the future, from evolving consumer behaviors to shifts in technology, culture, and sustainability, and turning that into clear opportunities for exploration and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Scan and analyze emerging trends across technology, culture, consumer behavior, sustainability, and business models
  • Synthesize weak signals and complex data into clear, structured insights
  • Support the development of forward-looking perspectives, including scenarios and long-term opportunity spaces
  • Translate signals and insights into clear strategic implications and recommendation
  • Support exploration initiatives by shaping hypotheses and identifying key assumptions
  • Connect insights across projects to inform broader portfolio and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with innovation, futures, and strategy colleagues to connect emerging signals with exploration and opportunity development.
  • Contribute to the evolution of foresight frameworks, tools, and ways of working across the organization
  • Communicate insights through compelling narratives, reports, and visual storytelling
  • Support strategic discussions with clear, evidence-based analysis
  • You’ll also contribute to building long-term futures capabilities, practices, and ways of working across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in foresight, strategy, insights, innovation, or a related field
  • Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable outcomes
  • Experience contributing to strategic foresight work (e.g., scenarios, trend frameworks)
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-moving environments

Skills

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Excellent pattern recognition and synthesis capabilities
  • Ability to connect signals and data to business and strategic implications
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and framing unclear problems
  • Strong communication skills — both written and visual
  • Ability to tell clear, compelling insight-driven stories
  • Understanding of broader systems shaping the future (technology, culture, sustainability, economy)
