What You Will Do
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and financial planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and SQL to manage and analyze large datasets for informed decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
Preferred
- Experience in an Internet marketplace or startup environment.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

Compensation and Benefits
