Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Customer-facing work experience (such as customer experience, sales) with enterprise executives or decision makers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in proactively anticipating operational, compliance, or program risks and developing immediate mitigation strategies.
  • Customer-facing work experience with a variety of enterprise and cloud technology systems.
  • Experience in program management and delivering sales, product, or technical customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive stakeholder mapping, local delivery of executive briefing sessions, coordinating global executive visits, and serving as the primary regional point of contact to drive future business growth.
  • Collaborate with account teams to drive agenda design and speaker alignment for executive briefings, evaluate the quality of briefing sessions, and provide feedback to ensure a high-caliber experience tailored to a C-suite audience.
  • Serve as the central point for capturing critical customer insights, strategic roadblocks, commercial opportunities uncovered during briefings, and immediately distribute findings to account teams to accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Lead on-site logistics strategies (catering, meeting rooms, registrations logistics), establishing performance metrics and process improvements without direct headcount.
