At Watercare, we’re delivering a significant programme of strategic change to support Auckland’s future — and we’re looking for a Strategic Delivery Analyst to help ensure our leaders have the insight and information they need to make confident, high-quality decisions.
This is a key role within our Strategic Projects Office, sitting at the centre of our strategic portfolio and playing a critical part in shaping how initiatives are prioritised, understood, and delivered.
As a Strategic Delivery Analyst, you will provide the structure, analysis and insight that underpins our strategic change portfolio, helping leaders make better choices about priorities, investment and delivery.
Working closely with senior leaders, sponsors and delivery teams, you will:
You’ll also have the opportunity to work hands-on across both strategy development and delivery, supporting initiatives to be clearly defined, well-planned and delivered with pace. The role is about moving beyond reporting what has happened to explaining what it means and what Watercare should do next.
