The role requires strong understanding of technical cyber risk, regulatory scrutiny, AI adoption, identity modernization, third-party exposure, operational resilience and assurance requirements. You will help move client conversations beyond project-based engagements towards strategic relationships, repeatable proposition-led growth and higher-value outcomes.

  • Helping account teams qualify opportunities, shape executive messaging, prepare for senior client meetings and position NCC Group as a strategic cyber resilience partner rather than a point-in-time testing provider.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by offering independent perspective, market insight and pragmatic advice grounded in both cyber expertise and business context.
  • Representing NCC Group externally through thought leadership, executive roundtables, industry forums, partner events and major or regional cybersecurity conferences, helping to build market presence and strengthen client engagement.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Significant senior-level experience across cybersecurity, cyber advisory, consulting, cyber services, technology, risk, compliance or security leadership.
  • A strong understanding of cyber risk, regulatory expectations, audit cycles, remediation programmes, operational resilience, third-party risk, fraud exposure, data protection, AI risk and board-level reporting.
  • Ability engaging credibly with senior business, technology, risk and security stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, enterprise risk leaders, audit, compliance, fraud, legal, privacy, engineering and board-level audiences.
  • A substantial network of senior customer relationships and industry contacts, with a demonstrable track record of converting trusted relationships into qualified pipeline, executive introductions, revenue growth and new-logo opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and propositions, including technical assurance, governance and compliance, identity, cloud security, incident readiness, red teaming, continuous testing, managed detection and response, AI security and third-party risk.
  • The ability to translate complex technical security capability into clear business, risk, regulatory and operational outcomes that resonate with executive stakeholders.
