• Member of the local Strategic Credit Management Team
• Provide strategic analysis to support proper business steering and senior management decision‑making, including local credit limits and all topics related to Accounts Receivable information
• Establish effective controls and provide transparency to the company through clear and timely communication (reports)
• Work closely with and support the Strategic Credit Coordinator regarding requests from headquarters (Germany) and regional teams
• Support local Senior Management by providing requested information (Credit Limits, A/R, Overdue, Bad Debts, etc.) and ensure formal approvals in accordance with company policies
• Be responsible for ICS controls and other controls related to the credit policy
• Be responsible for Accounts Receivable reports, especially regarding due and overdue balances, providing insights to support A/R steering and remaining connected to digital reporting tools
• Connect with and support regional teams regarding general Accounts Receivable requests and continuous improvement of reports
• Bachelor’s degree (or in the final year of completion) in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent
• Experience in finance areas (experience in credit, controlling and/or risk analysis is a plus)
• Knowledge of the agricultural market is desirable
• Proven presentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Minimum intermediate level of English and fluency in Portuguese
• Proven experience with processes, controls, and analysis
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to solve problems, work under pressure, and think broadly
• Strong team player
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with SAP
• Power BI skills are a plus
