Strategic Consulting AssociateThe Strategic Consulting Associate supports consulting engagements across Workplace & Transformation Strategy as well as Portfolio & Location Strategy. The role focuses on research and analysis that translates data into insights supporting recommendations and client deliverables.
Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Associate contributes to the development of client presentations and supports stakeholder engagement activities while building core consulting and communication skills.
About the Role:
Partner with workplace consultants across the Asia-Pacific region to execute client workplace survey projects including survey programming, data collection, analysis, and report generation
Support interpretation of other types of quantitative and qualitative data and provide written summaries/reports of data analysis
Assist in the preparation of pitches and thought leadership reports, contributing charts, tables, research, or other information
Other duties as assigned
About You:
1+ years of experience with primary consumer or employee research. Real Estate experience is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with a variety of research methods such as survey research, conjoint analysis, focus groups, and in-depth interviews. Strong written and oral communication. Interest in working with cross-cultural teams and clients
Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. Excellent project management; a problem-solver with a results orientation.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficient with survey software (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.). Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Python, R, SPSS, PowerBI, and Tableau a plus
Team-oriented mindset. Great at working within team environments and getting stuff done together. Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them in a compelling way to non-technical audiences.
