Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for locally managed categories, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with Nestlé procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement category sourcing strategies using Nestlé’s Strategic Sourcing Process
  • Conduct supplier market, category, and risk analysis to support sourcing decisions
  • Lead negotiations and contract execution to secure best total cost and commercial terms
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé Procurement Policy, Supplier Code, and standard
  • Drive cost optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers
  • Oversee contract management and procurement processes (e.g., SAP, P2P)
