Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Strategic Buyer (f/m) to join our Equipment and Systems Procurement department based in Toulouse, France

You will be part of a team developing the architecture and supplier base of tomorrow's systems As part of the Electrica l Systems team, you will be involved in driving sourcing activities and contract negotiations aiming at optimizing revenue, cost, and EBIT contribution while securing supplier performance

Your challenges:

• Establish and implement the sourcing strategy for the energy storage & energy conversion perimeter, including managing call for tenders

• Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements to achieve optimum purchasing conditions and customer value

• Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle (innovation, development, serial, support) to ensure full compliance with terms and conditions

• Drive supplier performance across all dimensions (quality, logistics, support, cost) while managing supply chain risks and opportunities

• Active contribution to Multifunctional Teams (MFT) to align strategies across Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Services

Your boarding pass:

• Professional experience in strategic procurement, complex tendering, or contract management

• Technical expertise in commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and financial analysis (TCO, EBIT contribution)

• Strong track record in defining sourcing strategies and leading tender processes (RFP/RFQ)

• Proven ability to engage in R&T projects and mitigate supply chain risks within cross-functional environments

• Negotiation-level proficiency in English
