Job Description

A fast-growing AI Start-Up company, transforming pool safety worldwide, is looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to act as the Commercial Officer’s right hand and help drive global commercial growth through Tier I (enterprise-level) accounts.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, high-impact position at HQ, focused on identifying, developing, and closing strategic global opportunities. You’ll help shape and execute the business strategy as they scale into new markets, working closely with international commercial teams and reporting directly to the Commercial Officer.

What You’ll Do:

Commercial Execution

• Own and manage the global Tier I pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, velocity, and conversion.
• Drive post-meeting execution, delivering timely, high-quality commercial and technical follow-ups.
• Define and manage the Tier I global event strategy, including key conferences and executive engagements.

Industry Intelligence

• Map global Tier I ecosystems, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and market shifts.
• Deliver concise executive briefings on industry trends, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
• Identify competitive gaps and high-leverage networking opportunities across the ecosystem.

Strategic Narrative & Content

• Create clear, high-impact presentations and market landscape materials for Tier I stakeholders.
• Produce executive-level content that supports strategic decision-making and external credibility.
