The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to define, communicate, and validate business requirements, work effectively within Agile delivery teams, and ensure solutions align with intended business and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain and cross‑functional leaders to understand operational priorities, financial drivers, and decision‑making needs.
  • Support margin tracking, quantification, and performance monitoring by identifying and quantifying improvements to cost, revenue, and profitability.
  • Work closely with the offshore Power BI team to support the delivery of dashboards, metrics, and analytical views by providing business context, validating requirements, answering functional questions, and performing business testing of reports prior to release.
  • Prepare monthly operating review (MOR) materials, leadership presentations, and ad‑hoc analytical content that clearly communicate performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate evolving or loosely defined business ideas into structured analytical strategies and tactical recommendations.
  • Participate in Agile delivery routines to ensure business priorities, intent, and expectations are clearly understood and represented.
  • Define, refine, and validate business requirements to ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholders’ needs and intended outcomes.
  • Perform business validation and user acceptance testing to confirm accuracy, usability, and alignment with documented requirements.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify key drivers impacting service, cost, margin, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with global analytics and data partners (including India‑based resources) to ensure data quality, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across analytics, reporting, and business processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support strategic initiatives.

Excellent Communication Skills

  • Strong ability to communicate insights, requirements, and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Skilled at presenting analytical results and business implications to leadership and cross‑functional audiences.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable messages.

Business Judgment & Impact

  • Demonstrated ability to connect analysis to operational and financial outcomes, including margin and cost drivers.
  • Sound judgment and practical thinking when interpreting data and framing recommendations.

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability to define, communicate, and validate business requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Comfortable supporting Agile / Scrum teams and participating in iterative business testing and validation.
  • Strong partnership skills across business, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and progress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or STEM discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, analytics, or operations focused role supporting U.S.-based business operations.
  • Experience supporting business decisions through dashboards, reporting, analysis, and presentation materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
