Responsibilities

Tabulate and analyse statistical data across TBSG to support the Strategic Analyst Manager.
Support business management, revenue strategy, and business planning by developing structured analyses, frameworks, and strategic documents.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Use data analytics tools to collect, analyse, and visualise data for strategic decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to the Strategic Analyst Manager and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in data analytics and business planning, preferably in Finance or Fintech.
Prior experience in a consulting firm or Big 4 is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or BI platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
