
In this role, you'll assess how long-term regulatory, economic, and industry trends will shape the reliability, efficiency, and adequacy of generation and transmission infrastructure. You’ll dive deep into the complex interactions of our energy systems—like the critical relationship between natural gas and electricity networks—to identify emerging risks and inform bold, forward-looking decisions.
This position is both technical and strategic, ideal for someone who can translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You’ll present your findings to internal teams, regulators, and industry leaders—helping to shape policy, align stakeholders, and drive long-term planning.

We're looking for talented professionals with a bachelor's degree or higher in one of several engineering or technical fields. The type of degree you hold will determine whether you're considered for an Engineer or a Planner title. Please see the list below for qualifying degrees.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $98,000-$115,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
