What you'll be doing:

As a Strategic Analysis - Senior Specialist, you will provide financial insight and decision support across our commercial, marketing and field operations in all Avon International markets. You’ll partner with senior leaders to guide investment decisions, shape profitable growth strategies, and ensure that our reporting and performance reviews support the wider commercial strategy. Your work will help us understand the impact of our investments, improve future decision making and strengthen how we operate across global teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluating and tracking marketing and field investments, as well as channel and segment performance
• Conducting post investment analysis and applying learnings to future decisions
• Supporting month end, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
• Delivering ad hoc analysis and recommendations for senior management
• Partnering with ELT, Regent management, Cluster Finance Directors, and global functions

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education and 5+ years of experience in commercial finance (investment analysis experience is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex financial models
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem solving abilities
• Clear communication, influencing, and business partnering skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of financial KPIs, accounting rules and commercial operations
• Proficiency in English language
