This role exists to develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships that support HC3's growth, market presence, and ability to deliver value to clients. The desired impact is increased revenue, market expansion, and enhanced brand recognition through high value alliances with technology vendors, consultants, associations, and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Development - Identify and pursue partnership opportunities aligned with organizational strategy and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships and facilitate recurring business reviews and performance tracking.
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to develop joint solutions and support partner generated opportunities.
- Performance and Reporting - Track KPIs and provide regular partnership performance updates to leadership.

Education, Experience, and Certifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Experience with Jobs to be Done methodology
- Experience working in financial services
- Experience with Microsoft programs
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
Work may be performed in an HC3 office or an approved home office environment that supports focused work and complies with the Remote Work and Access Policy.
Travel
Travel is required for conferences, partner site visits, and other business needs.
Physical Demand
This role requires extended computer use and may require receiving, inventorying, and shipping materials including support for tradeshow booth setup.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full time position for at least 40 hours per week. Typical workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, with a one hour lunch break.
