Job Description

As the Strategic Alliance Manager – DACH at Earnix, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through strategic partnerships. This is a hybrid role that combines partner management with sales enablement, requiring experience in both direct enterprise sales and strategic partner management to help partners identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. You will manage relationships with strategic System Integrators (SIs) such as Capgemini, PwC, HCLTech, and Deloitte, as well as technology partners like Fadata. Working closely with the regional sales organization, you will enable partner success, support joint sales pursuits, and help accelerate Earnix’s growth across the DACH market. Success in this role will be measured by the strength of partner relationships, partner readiness, pipeline creation, and partner-influenced revenue across the DACH region.

What you’ll do:

Develop and grow strategic relationships with System Integrator partners (Capgemini, PwC, HCLTech, and Deloitte) and technology partners like Fadata.

Build joint go-to-market plans with partners to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth across the DACH region.

Support partner-led sales opportunities by participating in customer meetings, joint account planning, solution positioning, and sales strategy.

Collaborate closely with the DACH Sales organization to identify, qualify, and advance partner-influenced opportunities.

Enable partners through training, certifications, and ongoing knowledge sharing to ensure they can effectively position and support Earnix solutions.

Develop a strong understanding of the Earnix platform, its capabilities, and integration approach to effectively support partner and customer discussions.

Coordinate joint marketing activities, executive briefings, events, and demand generation initiatives with partners.

Identify new partnership opportunities that strengthen Earnix’s strategic ecosystem across the DACH insurance market.

Track partner performance, pipeline, and key success metrics while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal Earnix teams to ensure successful collaboration and execution.

Requirements

You’ll do it using:

Proven experience in both direct enterprise software sales and strategic alliance or partner management.

Experience working with global System Integrators such as Capgemini, PwC, HCLTech, Deloitte, or similar consulting organizations, as well as technology partners.

Strong understanding of indirect sales motions including referral, co-sell, reseller, and wholesale/OEM models.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to influence without authority and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.

Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise software buying cycles.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop partner-led growth strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

You’ll excel by:

Being deeply integrated with the Sales Team, building trusted relationships that bridge partner strategy with client-facing sales execution.

Becoming a trusted advisor to both internal teams and strategic partners, helping identify, develop, and advance new business opportunities.

Acting as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and our partner ecosystem to drive successful outcomes.

Bringing a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex challenges and uncover new growth opportunities.

Taking ownership of partner success by driving accountability, execution, and measurable business results.

You’ll love it because:

In this highly visible role, you’ll directly influence Earnix’s growth strategy across the DACH region through a focused ecosystem of strategic partners.

You’ll have the opportunity to build deep, meaningful relationships with a select group of industry-leading partners rather than managing a large portfolio of transactional alliances.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to help partners win new business and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You’ll work alongside passionate, innovative colleagues who believe in teamwork, accountability, and shared success.

You’ll be part of a fast-growing global company that values collaboration, strategic thinking, and long-term partner success while offering competitive benefits.
