We are looking for a Strategic Alliance Go-To-Market Lead who will engage with our Key Strategic Alliance Partners’ Sales & Marketing stakeholders to understand their Go-To-Market strategy and plans and define our strategy based on our value proposition and business capabilities

The team you will be part of

As the Global GTM Lead of our Key Strategic Alliances practice, this role will own, define, lead and coordinate (think global – act local) the overall practice of joint Go-To-Market with these Key Alliance Partners, ensuring efficient, consistent, streamlined sales and marketing activities in the field across the entire Jabra portfolio, aligned with both Jabra strategy and the Key Alliance Partners.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

  • Align with our Global and Regional Sales strategy, to identify how the Go-To-Market Alliance Partner Playbook can fully plug-in and catalyze our sales objectives and plans
  • Define channel programs and initiatives that help us expand our reach with the channel ecosystem of our key alliance partners, bringing the expertise of the alliance partners programs, with our value proposition and our sales and marketing strategy, across Tier-1 and Tier-2 partners globally
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that enhance Jabra’s market position and increase revenue through the programs defined
  • Develop programs to educate partners on Jabra’s ecosystem solutions ensuring broad adoption and advocacy
  • Build strong cross functional relationships that enable a seamless market execution plan
  • Develop key executive and field relationships between key Jabra stakeholders and sales and marketing alliance counterparts

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree
  • Several years of experience within business development, enterprise channel sales
  • Experience negotiating and managing global partnerships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, channel and marketing
  • Experience in defining and executing strategic co-selling and co-marketing initiatives at a global scale with alliance and/or channel partners
  • A willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
  • Solid leadership and program management skills with the ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focused approach to execution and results
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
