Job Title: Strategic Advisor / Senior Consultant

Must haves:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of Ontario healthcare and digital health environments
• Experience with digital health strategy, roadmap development, and governance models
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR modernization, health data management, interoperability, and AI initiatives
• Experience working in complex public sector or healthcare environments
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with PHIPA, PIPEDA, privacy, and healthcare data governance frameworks is highly preferred
