Key Responsibilities

Student Strategy & Planning

• 
  Develop individualized admission strategies based on each student's goals, strengths, and target universities.
• 
  Create personalized development roadmaps covering academics, extracurricular activities, competitions, leadership experiences, and portfolio projects.
• 
  Track progress and adjust plans according to student performance and changing admission requirements.

Portfolio Development

• 
  Guide students in building a competitive portfolio aligned with faculty requirements.
• 
  Review and provide feedback on portfolio content, structure, and presentation.
• 
  Help students identify meaningful achievements and experiences to showcase.

SOP & Essay Coaching

• 
  Coach students on writing compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs), personal statements, and application essays.
• 
  Provide feedback and revisions to strengthen storytelling, clarity, and alignment with admission criteria.
• 
  Help students communicate their academic interests, motivations, and career aspirations effectively.

Research & Project Mentorship

• 
  Advise students on developing research projects and academic initiatives relevant to their intended fields of study.
• 
  Support project planning, topic selection, methodology development, and presentation preparation.
• 
  Encourage participation in competitions, conferences, and academic enrichment activities.

Parent & Student Consultation

• 
  Conduct regular one-on-one consultations with students and parents.
• 
  Provide guidance on university selection, admission pathways, and long-term educational planning.
• 
  Communicate progress updates and recommend improvement strategies.
