PTC Korea Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Accounts Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand market share within our most critical enterprise accounts in Korea. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and positioning PTC's innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned strategic accounts, identifying key stakeholders, understanding business objectives, and mapping PTC solutions to customer needs.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within strategic accounts.
* Lead complex sales engagements, collaborating with pre-sales, professional services, and other internal teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing strategic accounts, expanding PTC's footprint and solution adoption.
* Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to specific customer requirements.
* Accurately forecast sales opportunities and pipeline activity, maintaining a robust CRM system.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer business challenges to effectively position PTC's offerings.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for PTC and its customers.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of proven strategic account sales experience within the enterprise software industry, preferably in CAD, PLM, IoT, or AR solutions.
* Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a complex, solution-selling environment.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and product development processes.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal).
* Ability to travel as required.
