In this critical role, you will be a Strategic Account Representative, focused on acquiring new business and building long-term partnerships with key clients. You will become the trusted advisor to our customers, driving multi-year supply agreements and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Forge strong relationships with new clients, develop creative sales strategies, and exceed sales goals.

• Communicate client’'s value proposition and collaborate effectively across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Focus on understanding customer needs and challenges, leveraging your technical inquisitiveness to provide solutions that go beyond price.

• Become a trusted advisor to established accounts, keeping them informed of new product offerings and ensuring on-time deliveries.

• Travel approximately 25% of the time, working closely with technical services and production to deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3-5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.

• Proven track record of generating new business and building strong relationships.

• Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry is a plus.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
