What you’ll be doing:
Aid in discussion of overall strategic growth opportunities within existing strategic client subsidiaries/partners or other channels & SPP with key Strategic Account Leaders.
Develop, implement & execute activities related to revenue growth including but not limited to monthly/quarterly BNG (Book and Go) schedule of product focused within industry segment & client. Report on-going results. Analyze successes and opportunities and recommend next future steps.
Review Site Sale Opportunities and/or Experiential Opportunities including segment pre-marketing; item review/recommendations; plan o gram setups; client communication and complete execution, including client follow up reporting & future state recommendations.
Assist in research & recommendation of product, design, and development for large project special order opportunities. Presentations should be creative, demonstrate thought-leadership and well-suited for a C-suite audience. Secure product samples for onsite client meetings, pack, ship and track all packages. Ability to lift 40lb
Gain a deep understanding and build prosperous relationships with our vendors.
Develop an initiative-taking schedule for social and digital engagement with key clients/subsidiaries/partners that support the client; execute plan.
Aid in ideation for limited edition collections to promote ‘hot commodity’ items and While Supplies Last
Review opportunities to utilize e-store for Product(s) of the Month to grow overall site engagement. May include creative ideation & partnership with key vendors.
Ensure timely billing of all activities.
Review & Recommend topics for inclusion in bi-annual Customer Business Reviews.
Support the creation of the Account Map for the client.
Support marketing and merchandising efforts with quick flyer generation and distribution through SFDC when appropriate.
Built and management of project tracker.
Trouble-shoot and resolve such issues as invoicing, receivables, delivery challenges, payment collection and other miscellaneous task as they arise.
Travel, as necessary, to support all sales efforts
What you bring to the table:
A desire to build a career in sales.
A passion for Promotional Products
An ability to operate independently within guardrails but without oversight on every task.
Ability to work with dotted line reporting structures supporting more than 1 sales rep.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, including in-person, virtual and digital.
Strong collaboration is a necessity for engagement with SAM, client, vendors and internal teams.
Excellent time management, high organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and strong project management skills.
Accuracy with data entry
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
4+ years Sales, project management, or Operations experience
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
4 year bachelor's degree related to Product Development, Sales or Business Management preferred but not required
Strong Microsoft office skills
Strong SFDC and PromoSpot skills preferred but not required

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
