
We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager who operates as a true Subject Matter Expert, a trusted advisor who deeply understands the operational reality of Supply Chain and Retail.
You will be the bridge between our clients and our product. You enter a sales process opened by our commercial team, go deep with decision-makers to uncover real business pain, and work closely with our R&D and implementation teams to design solutions that actually fit. Then you stay — owning the relationship through delivery, adoption, and growth.
Pre-Sales: Discovery & Solution Design
• Engage with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP Operations, Supply Chain Directors) to deeply understand their business, challenges, and gaps
• Map organizational processes, pain points, and constraints — building a clear picture of what's broken and what's possible
• Work with Onebeat's product and implementation teams to scope solutions, assess feasibility, and validate fit
• Define resource requirements and contribute to project pricing and commercial proposals
• Act as the expert voice in the room — never leading with demos, always leading with insight
Post-Sales: Implementation, Adoption & Growth
• Partner with the implementation and Customer Success teams throughout the onboarding and go-live process
• Ensure clients realize measurable value — monitor adoption, identify gaps, and intervene proactively
• Build long-term trusted advisor relationships, becoming the go-to partner for operational decisions
• Identify and develop Upsell and Expansion opportunities organically, based on demonstrated outcomes
• Represent the voice of the customer internally — feeding insights back to product and leadership
You have spent meaningful time inside the world of Supply Chain or Retail — not reading about it, but living it. You've implemented complex projects, dealt with messy data, difficult stakeholders, and tight timelines. You know what good looks like, and you can spot what's wrong quickly.
• Background in a consulting firm, system integrator, or technology reseller in Supply Chain / Retail
• Hands-on experience leading or managing complex implementation projects in inventory, replenishment, WMS, demand planning, or similar domains
• Deep familiarity with the LATAM retail and supply chain landscape — understanding regional market dynamics, enterprise culture, and decision-making styles in Mexico, Colombia, and neighboring markets
• Able to earn trust with C-level and operational leadership in equal measure
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, KPIs, and translating numbers into business narratives
• Native or fluent Spanish and excellent English — both written and verbal (required)
• Based in Colombia or Mexico; willingness to travel across the region

• Not a quota-carrying sales rep chasing deals
• Not someone who relies on product demos and marketing decks
• Not a generalist account manager without deep domain expertise
This role demands genuine expertise in retail. If you've never stood in a distribution center trying to figure out why replenishment is failing, this probably isn't the right fit.
