Tasks

  • Thesalesofthecompany’sproductsandserviceswithindefinedcustomersand businessdevelopmentactivitiesincertainmarketsegments

  • Ensureconsistent,profitablegrowthoftheportfolioinsupportoftheoverallstrategicgrowthtargetsofthecompany

  • TogetherwiththeIndustrialKeyAccountsSalesManager andrelevantstakeholdersdevelopthecommercialgrowthstrategyofthecustomers

  • Secureexcellentcustomerrelations,anticipatecustomersneedandoffercustom-madesolutionswithinnovativeapproach

  • Developandmaintainbusinessrelationwithcustomersandprospects

  • Identify,qualify,gainanddevelopnewopportunities

  • Developcustomersalesstrategy

  • Coordinateworkintheaccount team

Expectations

  • Minimum 3yearsofexperiencein Key Account Management/B2Bsalesinmultinationalenvironmentinautomotive&industrialsegmentsPackagingindustryexperienceis anadvantage

  • BA in Businessadministrationorequivalent

  • C1levelEnglish andnegotiationlevelHungarian

  • Highlearningagility

  • Conceptual,analyticalandstrategicthinking&acting

  • Helicopterview

  • Autonomousandself-assuredbutalsoteamplayerrelationalskills,masterornetworks

  • Demonstratedabilitytocopeunderpressure
