The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Solventum is seeking a Strategic Account Managerto join our Dental Solutions division who will lead and grow our most critical partnerships with Dental Key Customers across the UAE. This is a senior highimpact role focused on executive engagement, enterprise healthcare partnerships, transformation, longterm value creation, and strategic account growth.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor driving strategic alignment, complex negotiations, and partnerships that deliver mutual value and drives growth

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and executelong-termstrategic account plans for dental key accounts across the UAE to grow Solventum share of wallet

  • Build andmaintaintrusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CMO, Procurement Directors etc.) and with key influencers inside the organization

  • Leadhigh-levelcommercial discussions and negotiations, including framework agreements and strategic partnerships

  • Identifygrowth opportunities for the full dental portfolio penetration aligned with customers strategy and clinical, operational, and digital transformation priorities

  • Engage and influence Solventum and channel partner sales teams to drive coordinated promotion of dental solutions with dentists and key opinion leaders on the individual clinics level

  • Act as the strategic interface between Solventum, channel partner, and key accounts, ensuring aligned gotomarket execution

  • Represent Solventum as a senior partner capable ofoperatingeffectively within complex, multistakeholder decision environments in healthcare market

Skills, experience, and key capabilities

  • Bachelordegreerequired Master’s degree is preferred

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a KeyStrategicaccountManagementrole in the UAE, healthcare market ideally

  • Solid UAE market knowledge and experience with a solidtrack recordof engagement with Csuite and other executive stakeholders to deliver complex, highvalue strategic projects

  • Vast experience collaborating effectively with cross functional-international teams

  • Complex problem-solving skills,strong interpersonal and influential skills,ability to create and cultivate trust withinternaland external stakeholders

  • Public speaking and presentation skills,strong senseof organization and priority management

Work location:

  • Hybrid(some job duties allow for remote working. However, presence at the office in Dubai isrequiredaround twice a week)
