We are actively hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own the end-to-end strategic management of Videa’s top enterprise and mid-market customers. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, architect long-term AI adoption strategies, drive expansion across hundreds of practices, and ensure both commercial and clinical success. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role responsible for shaping the future of AI adoption at scale within the nation’s largest DSOs. This highly strategic position will focus on net retention, expansion, relationship building and ability to hit and exceed quota.
Executive Relationship Ownership: Own C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, leading QBRs, ROI analyses, and long-term strategic roadmap discussions
Retention and Expansion: Ability to both access customer health scores, risk identification, and value driven renewal conversations while also identifying and closing new revenue generating opportunities, consistently achieving targets and demonstrating a relentless drive to succeed.
Drive Full Expansion Sales Cycle: From opportunity identification to closing deals, consistently achieving targets and demonstrating a relentless drive to succeed and over achieve quota.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Program Execution: Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and practice activation, establishing governance models that ensure consistent performance at scale
Industry & Competitive Expertise: Act as a strategic advisor on AI and workflow transformation, representing Videa with executives and at key industry events to reinforce our market leadership
Have 5+ years experience in large-scale customer management or sales in AI, health tech, SaaS, or clinical transformation with preferably 3+ years of proven success managing and selling technology to enterprise customers.
Have consistently held and over achieved a sales quota of 100%+.
Understands how to navigate complex renewal negotiations and track net retention scores across owned portfolio
Are comfortable owning C-suite relationships and navigating high-stakes executive discussions
Bring a blend of strategic vision and execution discipline, thriving in roles where you both set the direction and roll up your sleeves
Communicate with exceptional clarity and influence, with strong financial, analytical, and operational acumen
Entrepreneurial, wants to be seen as the leader in AI and takes ownership.
Strong self-starter with a track record of getting things done
Analytical strength and resourcefulness in problem-solving and strategy adjustment
Experience in healthcare, dental, AI, or regulated environments
Experience in high-growth or startup environments

The base salary range for this role is $130,000–$140,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.
