As the Strategic Account Manager, you will provide input in the overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales, increase revenue, and expand markets. This role will oversee a cross functional team of individuals to identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, sales channels, and customers. To be successful in this role you will need to develop a wide network of contacts to keep informed about current and future industry and market actions. Research and analyze the business environment, competitors, and customers to develop ideas for new products and services, pricing, and business models. Additionally, this role will direct financial feasibility studies, develop proposals, and negotiate for new business opportunities. This role will guide marketing, sales, and customer account management, while collaborating with product development, production, and quality to successfully bring new products to market.
