Job Description

We’re conducting a retained search on behalf of a category-defining technology company that is transforming how Fortune 500 enterprises manage work, product development, and digital operations. This organization has built a widely adopted, no-code platform used by cross-functional teams—especially in Product, IT, and Operations—to drive organizational transformation at scale.

With adoption already exceeding 80% of the Fortune 100, the company is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to deepen relationships within high-value enterprise accounts and accelerate expansion across business units. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy sales role with strong executive visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across a defined book of strategic accounts

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Product, IT, and Operations teams

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities

  • Manage complex, multi-threaded deal cycles with Legal, Procurement, and Sales Engineering support

  • Drive consultative engagements that unlock new use cases and cross-functional adoption

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue against quarterly targets

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales roles

  • 3+ years of experience selling into enterprise/strategic segments (3,000+ FTE accounts)

  • Proven ability to close 6-figure+ ARR deals with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience selling into Product teams or digital transformation initiatives is strongly preferred

  • Deep understanding of account planning, stakeholder mapping, and enterprise buying processes

  • Executive presence and the ability to lead high-stakes, consultative conversations

  • Growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, category-defining environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $160,000 – $170,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $320,000 – $340,000+ (uncapped commission structure)
