Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within oil and gas flow measurement, calibration, and testing markets.
- Develop and execute territory and strategic account growth plans aligned with ATS/CEESI objectives across upstream, midstream, downstream, pipeline, terminal, and petrochemical customers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
- Establish and maintain relationships with oil and gas operators, pipeline companies, refineries, terminals, EPC firms, measurement teams, and instrumentation leaders.
- Translate customer technical requirements into flow calibration, meter proving, measurement assurance, and test service solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop proposals, scopes of work, technical approaches, and delivery plans.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for strategic oil and gas accounts.
- Represent CEESI at oil and gas, pipeline, measurement, and energy industry events to generate leads and expand market presence.
- Partner internally to ensure successful project delivery, documentation accuracy, turnaround performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development activities, customer engagement, pipeline movement, outcomes, and ROI.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business development, strategic account management, or technical sales experience.
- Proven ability to grow revenue, manage complex sales cycles, and build strategic relationships with industrial or energy-sector customers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with commercial, operations, engineering, quality, and measurement stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into oil and gas operators, pipeline companies, refineries, terminals, LNG facilities, petrochemical plants, or related energy infrastructure.
- Existing relationships and established history within the oil and gas, pipeline, measurement, or energy services industries.
- Familiarity with testing, inspection, and calibration (TIC) services, including flow calibration, meter proving, hydrocarbon measurement, and instrumentation calibration.
- Knowledge of relevant quality and measurement standards such as ISO/IEC 17025, API, AGA, GPA, and custody-transfer measurement practices.
- Experience working with technical buyers, reliability teams, measurement groups, project managers, and procurement stakeholders.
