Job Description
As a Strategic Account & Delivery Manager, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned key accounts while ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects and initiatives. You act as the primary business partner for your customers, drive customer success, project delivery, retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Aryza suite.
Your contribution
Key Account Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
- Develop executive and operational stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions.
- Ensure customer retention and long-term partnership growth.
- Act as primary escalation point and trusted advisor.
Commercial Growth & Business Development
- Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Support contract renewals and commercial discussions.
- Maintain account growth plans and customer roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to position additional solutions.
- Contribute to revenue growth targets.
Project & Programme Management
- Lead implementation, upgrade and transformation projects.
- Manage plans, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
- Coordinate internal and customer stakeholders.
- Provide structured reporting and governance.
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, time and budget.
Customer Success & Service Management
- Coordinate service improvements and escalations.
- Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive adoption and business value realization.
- Represent customer requirements internally.
What makes you stand out
- 5+ years of account management, customer success or project management experience.
- Experience in SaaS, software or technology environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2 methodologies.
