About You
The Strategic Account Business Development Executive is a results-driven individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced changing environment. With a background in the tourism sector, you have a keen interest and basic skills in market analysis, stakeholder management and strategic planning. You have experience in collaborating with a diverse range of teams to be able to enhance customer experiences through strategic innovation. You understand industry trends to be able to identify new opportunities to support the Strategic Account Manager to achieve revenue growth across all Journey Beyond brands. Your creative flare will assist the Sales & Partnerships teams in strategic campaigns to grow the Journey Beyond brand at Consumer and Trade Shows.
About The Role
As Strategic Account Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in supporting revenue growth across Journey Beyond’s brands by delivering responsive, accurate and engaging support to our strategic partners. Working closely with the Strategic Account Manager, you will help strengthen partner relationships, coordinate group allocation activity, manage timely communications, and ensure campaign and training initiatives are delivered to a high standard.
In this role, you will be a trusted point of contact for strategic account enquiries, providing partners with clear information on rates, products and market updates. You will oversee group allocation requests, monitor materialisation outcomes, and support the delivery of campaign activity.
You will also plan and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual partner training sessions, contribute to trade-focused market and training resources, and represent Journey Beyond at key consumer and trade events.
