Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Strategic Account Asset Analyst based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
Monthly Billing: Manage monthly billing activities by ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing, monitoring billing transactions across multiple locations, multiple systems and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy and revenue integrity.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations by reviewing customer billing, lender obligations, asset additions, asset removals, and adjustments to ensure portfolio accuracy, identify variances, solve the variances and minimize revenue leakage.
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted partner to assigned customers by addressing billing and asset-related inquiries, supporting lease lifecycle activities, and delivering responsive, high-quality service that strengthens customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Asset Optimization: Analyze equipment utilization through telemetry reporting and operational data to identify trends, provide actionable recommendations to Major Account Managers, and support customer strategies that improve asset performance and overall fleet efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Accounting, Credit, Operations, Fleet Management, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve issues, support customer needs, and ensure effective asset management throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Quarterly SOX Review: Compare billing across multiple systems to ensure compliance, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues by creating and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, leasing, commercial finance, account management, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of sales tax, property tax, and upfront taxes, with the ability to balance and reconcile activity across multiple billing systems.
Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
Relationship & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build strong customer relationships, manage complex customer situations, and negotiate solutions that result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
Microsoft Office Competency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to effectively manage customer assets, analyze data, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
Lease & Asset Management Knowledge: Understanding of lease structures, asset lifecycle management, equipment utilization, and portfolio management principles.
Customer Account Management Experience: Experience managing customer portfolios, supporting billing and asset management activities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Remarketing Knowledge: Familiarity with equipment remarketing processes and end-of-term asset management activities preferred.
