What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on a daily basis.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and mechanical overhauls when required.
• Maintain pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and associated plant equipment.
• Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with operational and environmental standards.
• Safely use maintenance tools and equipment to support plant operations.
• Assist with equipment fabrication, spare parts tracking, and inventory management.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental procedures are consistently followed.
• Support the resort's sustainability initiatives through responsible plant management and environmental stewardship.

What We're Looking For

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Vocational Diploma or Technical Certification.
• Water & Chemical Management System Certification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar STP/ETP operations role.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic written and spoken English.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Passion for working outdoors and taking on practical technical challenges.
