Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, and issuing materials and equipment.
  • Verify incoming deliveries against supporting documents and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Organize inventory in designated storage locations and ensure all materials are properly labelled.
  • Assist in stock counting and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse and storage areas.
  • Ensure materials are handled, stored, and distributed in accordance with company procedures.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements, including exercising Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are identified.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or store operations.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and material handling.
  • Ability to verify delivery documents and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Familiarity with stock take and inventory counting activities.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational standards.
