Role Purpose:
To support proper receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials and finished goods.
A) Raw Materials Store:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in issuance of yarns.

Conduct daily stock counts where relevant and ensure correct data entry always.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the store keeper.
B) Spare Parts Store:
Key Responsibilities:

Update bin cards.

Conduct daily and monthly physical stock counts and reconciliations ensuring correct data entry at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the store keeper.
C) Finished Goods Store (FGS):
Key Responsibilities:

Receive socks from the packing department.

Fill in issue notes.

Conduct daily, weekly and monthly physical stock counts.
