The Storeroom Coordinator serves as a key member of the bottling maintenance team, supporting equipment reliability, production uptime, and efficient repair operations. This role ensures parts and materials are accurately staged and readily available to support preventative maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds. The position also manages inventory processes, including receiving parts, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate storeroom records.

Additionally, the Storeroom Coordinator manages projects, vendor communications, and deliveries while representing the Maintenance department in meetings and cross-functional initiatives. Strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders are essential to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage storeroom inventory and maintain minimum and maximum levels for critical spare parts.
• Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to support inventory accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate receiving, issuing, and tracking of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Support production uptime by prioritizing urgent part requests during breakdowns and rebuilds.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding parts ETAs, cost, order status, and availability.
• Create PO's and maintain accurate purchasing documentation for parts purchases.
• Follow GMP, FSSC, safety, and established purchasing procedures.
• Work with vendors to locate and source parts in a timely manner.
• Use CMMS or approved tracking systems to document parts usage, inventory transactions, work orders, and purchasing activity.
• Set up and stage parts for PM's, rebuilds, planned maintenance, and project work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready storeroom environment.
• Engage in weekly planning, scheduling, and budget meetings.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

• Operate a lift truck and material handling equipment safely to receive, transport, and stage parts and materials.
• Take line calls for parts delivery during breakdowns and rebuilds.
• Rebuild parts and assist with mechanical work as needed.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement activities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have computer skills i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must have good attendance record and be dependable.
• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial maintenance parts preferred.
• Manufacturing, packaging, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Must be safety minded and committed to GMP and food safety standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, twisting, walking, and standing for extended periods in a production environment.
• Working environment is both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to related equipment and noise levels.

COMPENSATION

• Hourly Pay Range Posted: $20.63 - $30.91/hr.
• Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge and abilities, education, and other position-related factors.
