YOUR ROLE

  • Mon-Fri, 8 am – 4 pm
  • Base hourly rate of $37.4393 + 14.5% super
  • Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, the details of which can be found at fwc.gov.au.

As a Storeperson (L4 – Team Leader) at Melbourne Airport VIC, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone confident working with equipment, systems and varied general warehousing tasks in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
  • Coach, support and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as:

  • Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
  • Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
  • Bonus: LF and/or LO licences

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
