Your Mission
• Perform all daily warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatching, and stock transfers.
• Conduct SAP transactions accurately to maintain inventory integrity and traceability.
• Coordinate domestic deliveries and prepare shipping labels, consignment notes, and related documentation.
• Assist with export documentation, consignment preparation, and courier bookings.
• Support cycle counts, stocktakes, and investigations into inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure all stock is stored in correct bin locations, labelled, and packaged according to product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with WHS requirements.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely follow-up on warehouse-related matters.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Work cooperatively within the warehouse team, supporting colleagues and fostering a respectful, safety-first culture.
• Support continuous improvement and safe work practices, contributing to warehouse efficiency and compliance.
• Perform any other duties delegated by Warehouse Team Leader or Head of Operations.
Your Talents
• Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role within the medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry preferred.
• Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP/WMS systems preferred, however not essential.
• Understanding of export procedures and courier logistics desirable.• Competence with walkie stackers and pallet jacks; training will be provided as required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in SAP transactions and order fulfilment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal ability.
• Sound problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
