Warehouse Assistant/Storeperson

Permanent full time opportunity

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant/Storeman’s primary role is to assist the Spare Parts Department in picking and packing stock, delivery and pick up of customer goods, and other general warehousing duties.

Main duties include:

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Inventory Control, including executing regular stock takes on both the main warehouse along with the Field Service Technicians vans.
• Packing and shipping of orders
• General warehousing duties
• Replenishment of Field Service Technicians van stock
• Receiving inwards goods
• Unpacking overseas freight
• Any other duties that may be reasonably required from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent Communication
• Forklift License
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Basic computer skills
• Own transport and a manual drivers license
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
