A member of BEUMER Group, located in Singapore BEUMER Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is strategically located at the Singapore Changi International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world. We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and monitor stock conditions (new, used, damaged, faulty).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Alert the Warehouse Manager on low stock levels and replenishment needs.
  • Ensure the store and spare parts areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch or internal transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper storage practices.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if licensed and authorized).
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Maintenance, and Production teams to support operations and timely order fulfilment.
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.

Qualifications

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, or logistics operations.
  • Experience handling spare parts inventory is an advantage.
  • Familiar with receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Able to safely lift and move materials.
  • Forklift licence and Class 3 driving licence are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Experience using CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Familiar with warehouse documentation such as GRN and DO.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
