Storekeeper II (Ref: 260000QY)

ResponsibilitiesPerform warehousing operations, including goods receiving, general inspection, binning and stock allocationHandle dangerous goods, substances and chemical wastes in different logistics centres in compliance with quality and safety management systems, environmental protection and other statutory requirementsPerform other / ad hoc duties as assigned by seniors

RequirementsGrade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages or Certificate in Logistics ManagementA minimum of 3 year warehouse management and logistic operation experience, including operating forklift trucks and driving light goods vehiclesPossession of a valid and government recognized forklift truck license and Hong Kong driving license classes 1, 2Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning System, ORACLE or SAP is an advantageRemarksRequired to wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hoursPerform duties in different locations according to operational needsCandidates with lower qualifications but with more experience will also be consideredCandidates who are successfully hired will initially be appointed as Storekeeper II and will be promoted to Storekeeper I upon completing the required training and qualificationsThe above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programmeApplicationsYou are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
