Storekeeper I

Keep the kitchen running smoothly from receiving to service! As a Storekeeper I, you’ll receive and inspect food and supplies, verify temperatures and documentation, and ensure products are properly stored, dated, and rotated using FIFO practices. You’ll maintain inventory and quality assurance records, assist with food prep and product movement, and help keep kitchen, storage, dish room, and equipment areas clean, safe, and organized.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who takes pride in food safety, sanitation, organization, and customer service. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, follows established procedures, and can provide direction and training to student employees. Experience in food service, receiving, inventory, sanitation, or kitchen operations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a food service, kitchen, warehouse, storeroom, or receiving environment.
Experience receiving, inspecting, storing, and rotating food, supplies, or other products.
Experience maintaining inventory, completing records, or monitoring product temperatures.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance practices, including FIFO inventory methods.
Experience providing direction, training, or oversight to student employees or other staff.
