Job Description

Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Storekeeper to join their team in Malta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, receiving and checking deliveries, organising materials, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries.
• Organise and store materials and products appropriately.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare materials and goods for dispatch.
• Pick and pack orders as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow company health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding stock requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle materials.
• Basic computer skills will be considered an asset.
• Forklift experience or a valid forklift licence will be considered an advantage.
• Must be based in Malta.
