Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support stores, inventory, and materials management operations within a hospital environment in Doha, Qatar. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of medical supplies, healthcare consumables, equipment, pharmaceuticals, stationery, and other hospital materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hospital store and inventory operations in an organized and efficient manner.
• Receive medical supplies, healthcare consumables, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and general hospital materials.
• Check incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and approved requisitions.
• Inspect received items for quantity, quality, packaging, condition, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately in inventory systems and store records.
• Store medical supplies and hospital materials in designated locations according to established procedures.
• Maintain proper shelving, labeling, bin locations, and stock identification systems.
• Issue medical supplies, consumables, equipment, and materials to authorized hospital departments.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, secure, and free from unnecessary hazards.
• Report stock shortages, unusual inventory movements, safety issues, and operational concerns to management.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize warehouse and store materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established hospital procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
