Job Description

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Storekeeper, you will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Supervisor in overseeing the hotel’s business control related to Procurement Management. You will also collaborate with and advise hotel departments on all matters related to purchasing management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Replenish warehouse stock according to authorized inventory levels.
  • Monitor warehouse orders and report any incidents.
  • Ensure the receiving area and warehouse remain clean and always organized.
  • Manage merchandise requests from various departments.
  • Deliver requested products to the designated areas.
  • Review out‑of‑stock items, notify the relevant parties, and propose solutions.
  • Comply with and enforce warehouse management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards by following all required protocols.
  • Transport and product temperature
  • Notify departments of product arrivals in a timely manner.
  • Ensure no product is received without an approved purchase order, except in previously authorized exceptional cases.
  • Support the receiving clerk in recording delivery temperatures.
  • Register deliveries in the purchasing system.
  • Assist in the receiving process by performing a full inspection of:
  • Delivered quantity Product quality Transport condition
  • Transport cleanliness
