Job Description
Take control of the heartbeat of operations. As a Storekeeper, you're the gatekeeper of stock integrity—ensuring every item is stored, tracked, and issued with precision while upholding strict Health & Safety and brand standards. This role demands sharp attention to detail, strong organisation, and the confidence to maintain full control of inventory operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage storage, issuing, and tracking of all stock items
- Process and record all requisitions and stock movements accurately and on time
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised storage areas
- Monitor stock levels, avoid shortages/overstocking, and flag reorder needs
- Ensure accurate system updates (e.g. Adaco) and complete month-end processes
- Conduct stock checks, rotation, and expiry monitoring to minimise wastage
- Support goods receiving and purchasing activities when required
- Maintain strong communication with Purchasing, Finance, and internal departments
- Assist with stock takes and inventory control
- Drive efficiency by reducing wastage, breakages, and discrepancies
PROFILE
- Experience in Stores, Goods Receiving, or Purchasing (hospitality preferred)
- Strong IT skills (Excel, inventory systems)
- Good analytical and numerical ability
- Reliable, detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Ability to handle physical work and flexible hours
