
Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Merchandiser will create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. This role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with the H&M brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity. The Visual Merchandiser will meet the expectations of customers & colleagues at all times, as well as follow all H&M procedures & standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead garment presentation in the store and in the windows according to our H&M guidelines
Plan, execute and follow up sales activities and store campaigns
Maximize selling by analyzing sales reports and taking action accordingly
Communicate, inform and train the store team about garment presentation, and upcoming activities and campaigns
Order, handle and organize display materials
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with education and experience in visual merchandising. If you do not have an education, you should have acquired good knowledge through at least two years of experience working with product displays in the retail trade. In addition to this, you master English.
